Mainstore.

The Art Dose was founded in 2018 by Niki Kapopoulou in an effort to target the fine arts market from a unique perspective - that of gift giving. Our goal is to offer unique fine art gifts that provide significant value and last a lifetime, which is where our motto "Offer art gifts that'll last forever" originates from.

We collaborate with well known Greek and International artists, with whom we maintain a close relationship in an effort to create artworks that are special and can even be customised. Embracing personalisation, our services extend beyond simple gift offering and include tailored wedding and baptism favors (bombonieres), corporate gifts, as well as art curation of spaces.

Having both a physical store in Glyfada, Greece, and an e-shop, we provide access to customers worldwide, while we are also building what we call "Art Corners" as part of our business model, where we collaborate with hotels, boutiques, and concept stores around the world in order to expand our physical presence globally (check our Hotel Art Corners page for more).

Our Founder & Curator

Niki Kapopoulou was brought up in a family with a long-lasting tradition in the art industry. She is the daughter of Vaggelis Kapopoulos, founder of Kapopoulos Fine Arts, one of the most well-known auction houses and galleries in Greece, founded back in 1991.

Niki Kapopoulou.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Management & Entrepreneurship from University of Westminster as well as a Master in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art, and her skills combine auctioning, cataloguing, event planning, curating and business management. Her professional experience includes working for Kapopoulos Fine Arts, the Divani Caravel Hotel, the Opera Gallery in London and assisting the art historian Maria Migadi in private art collections management and curating.

Utilising her years of experience and in an effort to create her own footprint in the fine art industry, she spotted a gap in the market and came up with the idea of The Art Dose. Her goal was to offer a creative way to introduce people in the art market and take valuable gift giving to the next level, which was proven a very forward - thinking and successful endeavour.

Niki continues to curate personal spaces and exhibitions, organises events, participates in International Fairs, such as Maison et Objet - a major French Trade Fair for interior design, and is also involved in important charitable work for the esteemed Make-A-Wish Greece Foundation.
